Our Policy
Because every Happa Club product is custom-made to order with your unique design, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a significant print error, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
To process your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (damage, defect, or print error)
- A brief description of the problem
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item or a product that doesn't match what you ordered, contact us right away. We'll send the correct item at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once we confirm your claim, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 15 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
