1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Happa Club website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Happa Club provides a platform where users can upload photographs, have them transformed into anime-inspired artwork using artificial intelligence, and purchase custom-printed merchandise featuring their unique designs.
3. User Accounts
You may browse and generate designs without an account. To save designs and place orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Content
By uploading photos to Happa Club, you represent that you have the right to use those images and grant us a limited license to process and transform them for the purpose of creating your custom products. You retain ownership of your original photos.
You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
5. AI-Generated Designs
Designs generated by our AI are created for your personal use on Happa Club products. While you may use your purchased products freely, the AI models and underlying technology remain the property of Happa Club and its licensors.
6. Credits & Payments
Happa Club uses a credit system for design generation. Free credits are provided to new users. Purchased credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Product purchases are processed through Stripe and are subject to the pricing displayed at checkout.
7. Orders & Fulfillment
All products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be cancelled. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
8. Intellectual Property
The Happa Club name, logo, website design, and all associated content are the property of Happa Club. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happa Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
